1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Henley Tube website and coach services operated by Henley Tube. By using this site or travelling with us you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets and bookings

• All tickets must be purchased in advance via this website.
• Single tickets are valid for the date and departure time selected only.
• Return tickets are open return, valid for 90 days from the outbound travel date.
• Multi-ride passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and entitle the holder to 10 return journeys.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the named passenger.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Conduct on board

Passengers must not behave in a way that endangers or disrupts others. We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or in breach of these terms without refund.

5. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by delays beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, third-party incidents). Our liability for injury or loss of life is not excluded to the extent required by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
